My name is Martha Little, more commonly known as Tess. I grew up in the hills of London, Kentucky. Now I am broadening my horizons at the Savannah College of Art and Design. My studies are centered in production design, creative writing, and producing.

In 2023, I became a published poet. My first poetry collection, Modern Child’s Prayer, centers around the idea of clinging on to childhood and the impact of media on adolescents.

A driving force in my life is advocating for stuttering awareness. As a stutter I have experienced what it is like to live in silence over fear of my own voice and the reactions others have to it. I want to encourage people to use their voice to share their thoughts and ideas. 

There is power in your voice, no matter what it might sound like.
